Menstruation is typically a standard process in every woman’s life. Period isn't only necessary for reproduction .but it also can tell a lot about your health. What is Periods ?

Every month an egg is released from the ovaries of girls. This process is named ovulation. This is often called period and Menstruation.

 Causes of Irregular periods:-

·    When stressed or tired.
 
·     Periods are missed when pregnant.

·     Doing more exercises or jogging.
 
·      Breastfeeding and pregnancy.

 Home remedies of irregular periods:-

Healthy Diet

         There are some home remedies which will be quite effective.

1. Avoid spicy, sour and heavy food intake. Eat light food. Stay away from tea, coffee and cold                  beverages.


2.  Boil 1 teaspoon coriander seeds and cinnamon powder during a cup of water. When half a cup of           water remains, mix half teaspoon of unrefined sugar in it. Drink this water twice each day.

3.  Eating with Ginger honey and blend the water during a half cup, boil up to  5-7 minutes. Take 3 times a day. The ginger is extremely beneficial and it's also reduced to the pain during the periods.

4.  Fennel has anti-inflammatory properties, which are Helpful in regularizing the periods.
 

 When to see Doctor:-

 If there's excess blood or bleeding for quite seven days, a doctor should be contacted. Missing periods   for two to three months is additionally a matter of concern.

Very easy and effective remedies. To regularize periods cycle for me taking syrup for irregular menstruation is very helpful.
